Tyrannical emergency powers and laws remaining on the books only ensure that when the next guy sits in the chair we can only hope he isn’t authoritarian.
RED states must lead the way on this, we the people must demand that they clean up the books, give us a reasonable shot at avoiding a future of recurrent tyranny.
