Being an advocate is hard work.
A lot of the news is disappointing.
Frustration is all around and it’s easy to get on a bad track.
Your anger about what’s happening can be your fuel. Or it can be your anchor.
This is a long fight. Day in. Day out.
We need to be intentional and think. And manage.
Our energy is ours. The better we use it the more we can do.
